I have scenario where a user is attempting to provision a soft phone however he keeps getting error messages stating that SIP has encountered an issue that it cannot recover from. Once we restart the provisioning wizard it states that the host server cannot be reached. What are somethings that i can try to troubleshoot this issue. User can still log in to IC through remote station so we have been able to work around this issue but he cannot log into IC through the Sip Soft Phone. We are running Windows 7 and every other user can provision just fine but not this particular agent.
