Clean up Multiple Schedule Units

    currently we have 7 schedule units (one physical location) the schedule units contain agents that handle 8 types of interactions i would like to consolidate the scheduling units If I do this what will I lose? (an example is: Shrinkage can only be managed at the schedule unit level)
