We are working on a project to integrate ServiceNow with PureConnect. Our application will route SN objects using generic objects. We are have hit a roadblock with getting those interactions screen recorded. Has anyone done anything like this? Is there a way to initiate screen recordings via a handler? Thanks, Bill
