  • 1.  No LastAssignedWorkGroupId in Interaction Summary Table

    In For January there are 64,393 rows in the Interaction Summary table. 31,276 (49%) rows do not have a LastAssignedWorkGroupID. Of these 10,782 do have an assigned account code leaving 20,494 that I am not sure how best to categorize for reporting? Generally why does this happen in system. when does system doesn't populate those LastAssignedWorkGroupID and Account code? Will there be any configurations dependent on those? Please reply ASAP Thanks

    If the call was not a workgroup call, then no workgroup id will be assigned. This is pretty common for outbound calls or inbound DID calls... and other scenarios.
