Agent Activity Log is not updated within specific date

    Hi all, We had a problem that AAL table was not updated unless DB and CIC server has been restarted. Once those servers are restarted then the logs have been started writing. To recover missing data we have run below commands respectively on the CIC but just a few data have been restored. Do you guys have any experience to recover all data as we need to see the statistics of all agents. 1- sendcustomnotification TrackerServer PMQRetry 2- sendcustomnotification IRServer PMQRetry Thanks, Regards Cenk
