    Does anyone know how to Disconnect a "Stale" Chat session? We have a Chat with a "State" of Voicemail that has been "connected" for 50+ hours. Thanks for any info offered!

    You should be able to do this in Supervisor, just find the workgroup it is in and select and disconnect. This is usually cause by the external user closing their browser, and the disconnect message never gets sent or received by the web server. This is being address in the next US and should be handled better then.
