Can anyone know how it affect if customer using 2 solutions for social media like.
Currently one customer using Genesys social media solution and before he was using Social baker for handling social media. Now he is using both the solutions, i would like to know if it is effecting the Genesys solution.
There is an issue, Some interactions are not routing to Genesys from Facebook and Twitter so i want to know if having multiple solution creates this problem?
