Has anyone integrated Pega with PureConnect?
We currently use Salesforce for call pops from the IVR and Chat for users accounts.
We have an affiliate that will be installing Pega CRM and was wondering how successful were you with the integration?
How easy is it to build the connector.
IE Salesforce CTI vs Pega
Calling out Attributes
Binding what is uses for the record pop
Does Pega honor the same attributes as Salesforce does or at all?
What are the gotchas or things we need to look at for when doing this?
