  • 1.  failed dialer installation

    Dears , I was trying to remove ODS from CIC server because there was an error in configuration part so I delete it anyway after deleted it I did install it again through new

    installation I get an issue stop me to installing it , Plz find the below attached for further explain. give me a hand plz.

    basics first,

    • did you downloaded this file again from the downloads webpage? 
    • did you copied it local on the server?
    • did you checked eventviewer?
    • did you raised a ticket with genesys support?

    You can check installation log file.

    It is either in service user's temp folder or in Windows/temp.
