  • 1.  Forecasted Service Levels

    Is the any work being done around being able to see service levels for a scheduling period at the daily level in one snapshot? This would save time from having to refresh each workgroup for each day to see the daily service levels of each workgroup.

    Hi Jukina,

    You can examine expected service level in a few places with Optimizer.  First, you can see by workgroup both interval and cumulative for the day at the bottom of the schedule.  

    Or in the intraday by all workgroups, individual workgroup or by service goal group.

    Please let me know if I have misunderstood your question.
