WEB Callback ->
On website we created a call me now/later button. With ICWS we place a callback directly in the queue. We now want to add functionality that customer can select, for example, call me : "in one hour". So rather then placing the callback directly in the queue, this should be done in one hour.
I know in purecloud API you only need to add attribute to the API call but it seems not that easy in PureConnect.

How can we create a scheduled WEB callback? We have implemented WEB callback with ICWS but customers want to select a date/time window they want to be called.
Urgent matter, so if somebody has a tip...
Can't imagine that we are the only PureConnect customer that want's to schedule WEB callback's
