  • 1.  Workgroups not appear

    Hi Team

    We are trying to configure the interaction optimizer for the first time, However, we encountered an issue with the schedule unit configuration. when trying to add the target workgroups in the service goal container "there are some workgroups not appear ", All permissions and licenses have been assigned the user we are using in ICBM along with the admin rule.

    Kindly see the below:

    I think the issue because there are some old Scheduling Unit can't delete and can't change any thing on there Scheduling Unit, kindly see the below photos:


    Please advice?

    Hi Sajed - Have you validated this item in Role Configuration > Security > Access Control ?
