Scheduling Unit - Calls offered/handled in Intraday Screen

  • 1.  Scheduling Unit - Calls offered/handled in Intraday Screen

    If staff X in scheduling unit A is skilled to take calls for a scheduling unit B. Will the calls offered and answered by staff X shows within the intraday screen of scheduling unit B though staff X doesn't belong to Scheduling unit B.
