    Hello community,

Hope all of you are doing great.

    We have the following scenario:

    1. Agent works in CRM, with our custom integration to PureConnect. They are fully handle calls in CRM.
    2. At the call moment CRM creates special entity "call", which is stored in client communication history.
    3. In this call entity there are several fields like call duration, call topic and so on.
    4. We want to add recording download link as a field to this entity.
    5. And we wonder how long links which is got by export-uri method is valid. Can we get them just one time and the end of the call for example and assign them to call entity as a field. Or we need to get them every time we open call entity?

And we wonder how long links which is got by export-uri method is valid. Can we get them just one time and the end of the call for example and assign them to call entity as a field. Or we need to get them every time we open call entity? Second approach a little bit harder to implement.

In recorder logs I saw interesting line:
    Generated URL:
    'https://genpc01.omni.local:8107/FFFFFFFF7B54553155552235373465623031363631303264303263383061616266356431613865303030312222696361646D696E225353535553537D79D3C5A8F8A6510A318A771629430AE6' Expires at: ##INFINITE##
According to this line link is valid forever. But it still not a guarantee.

I beliave that functionality that we want to implement is pretty basic, and please share your experiance about it.

Export URIs do not expire.  Playback URIs are temporary.

    Hello Richard,

Thank you very muc for your response.

Actually your answer confused me a little bit because here what Genesys TAC answered me:

Perhaps Tac engineer didn't understand my question correct...

Anyway, could you please estimate our scenario, do we want to use API method export-uri properly?
