Using SIP Softphone over SonicWALL VPN

    We recently switched from CiscoAnyConnect to SonicWALL VPN clients for our remote users who use the SIP Softphone. And notice that at random points through the day some users are unable to pickup calls anymore until they exit the SIP Softphones and relaunch.

    The VPN shows no loss of connection, and the Internet at both sides are stable.

    Any suggestions on what may cause this or where to start looking? Its interesting that this issue did not show up on Cisco but now does on SonicWall
