could anyone help, I'm in the process of setting up Genesy Cloud for Pureconnect and am running through the configuration, I'm getting hit with a error "Genesys Cloud API call timed out",
Im assuming that this is due to firewall settings on the network, but i cant find anything to state what ports/firewalls access is required, has anyone got information on what runs need to be allowed so Administartor can connect to Genesys Cloud?
