Hello Everyone.
We have Pureconnect Integrated with Sales Force running in Chrome
The Majority of agents get frequently Logged out of the Pureconnect Weblet. Genesys Support has indicated that the Agent PC may be running out of resources with all other applications installed ( Skype, teams and a few Chrome run Web Applications....)
Has anyone experienced this intermittent disconnect issue.
