User in interaction desktop current status doesnt go to available automatically

    Hello,

    I have a user that after a call ends and current status goes to follow up it doesn't go to available automatically it goes back to the workgroup like he was on a call. He has to manually put himself back to available.  Is only user having this problem. Any suggestions.​
