  • 1.  control non-managed SIP phone from iConnect

    Hello everyone,

    Does CIC support control of non-managed soft phones from iConnect?
    We are trying to control webrtc softphone implemented in audiocdes from iConnect and meanwhile there is no success. That webrtc softphone support 3PCC.

    Agent is using iConnect logged on non-managed phone representing mentioned webrtc softphone. But if call is delivered to iConnect, "pick up" od "disconnect"​ of call is no possible from iConnect. Agent has to press "pick up" or "disconnect" directly on webrtc phone to control call.
    Otherwise, if agent loggs on to managed IP (Polycom), there is no problem to control phone from iConnect.

    How can we configure "station" in "Stations" container in order CIC "knows" that this station support 3PCC?

    Does anyone has experience with 3PCC of non managed soft phone from iConnect?​

    Setting the phone to auto answer will address this.

    Right now you click pickup it sends the call to the phone then you pick up the phone.

    Using auto connect on the phone will allow this to work as wanted.

    Disconnect should work fine after connected is this not the case here?
