    Hi,

I'm hoping for some advice calling a SOAP web service using SOAP HTTP Request Ex3.

I'm getting this error:   "Error occurred:No viable connection for {@transport}"  calling an HTTPS endpoint:  "https://qservices.mycompany.com"

We are building out a new PureConnect development server and I can't get this SOAP endpoint to run on the new server.   It runs on our test server.

Is it a missing a Creds file?   There is no traffic hitting our Gateway.

    Thanks for the advice!

Did you generate the certificate needed for Ex3 using certtrustu.exe?

    D:\I3\IC\Server>CertTrustU.exe /?
    Usage:
    CertTrustU.exe [-<c|e|s|y>]* <address> <port>

    Example:
    CertTrustU.exe -s -y www.genesys.com 443

    Arguments:
-c: Save files in the current working directory.
-e: Save files in the email folder under your Interaction Center certificate store
-s: Save files in the soap folder under your Interaction Center certificate store
-y: Assume 'yes' response to all prompts, rather than waiting for user input

    Note:
One or more of -c, -e and -s must be used, or no output will be saved.
