  • 1.  QA Forms, Recordings and Retention Policies

    Hi - I need to check my understanding on the following statement regarding recording policies.  More so, the association of QA forms tied to a given recording.  In the online knowledgebase, it states the following:

    Purge the recording and media:  Configure this variable to purge a recording and media for a recording, or to only purge the media for a recording. Media refers to the actual audio or video recording, and recording and media refers to the audio or video recording and the database records. If you purge the media only, the database records remain for reporting purposes.

    In the segment mentioning "and the database records", does this also include the QA forms that are tied to a given recording?  

    I'm asking because if this is true, then I need to modify the policy to only remove the recording, as it is set to purge both.

    Completed Questionnaire are not included in the recording media.
