Genesys Customer Care is joining the acceleration to Cloud! Customer Care has been working to move all Customer Care product support teams to a single Genesys Cloud CX platform. So far, the Genesys Cloud support team has been successfully moved to the new Care CX platform. Now it's time for PureConnect!
To ensure we have a smooth and uneventful migration for our customers, partners, and Care employees, we have been migrating our teams by product line. This phased approach will ensure that we can address any potential issues quickly with little impact as possible that may occur when moving to a new CX Platform.
As a PureConnect customer you can expect your experience when reaching out to the PureConnect Care team will be much the same. Moving the Customer Care support team to the Genesys Cloud platform will be the foundation for leveraging new and exciting innovation as we continue to strive for a world-class customer experience.
The PureConnect Customer Care support team will be the next team in our Care organization to go-live on the new CX Platform. We are planning to switch the PureConnect Care team over to the new platform on August 1, 2020.
