Marcus has been with Genesys since 2013. He has been training since 2010 at his former workplace, Siemens.
Marcus currently teaches Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage courses. His specialization is Routing. He has spent a lot of time in the Professional Services area and to build routing was his favorite. Marcus has two favorite Genesys classes he likes to teach: Genesys Voice Platform and Genesys Cloud Architect. Below is the list of all classes he teaches to date:

Marcus loves to be outdoors. His favorite hobby is Mountain biking and staying outside with his camper van. His favorite vacation spot is Italy. The people are very nice, good food and all kinds of landscape, plus it is very near to Germany.
Marcus teaches from Munich, Germany. He grew up there and the lifestyle is relaxed. Munich has a lot of nice places to visit and mountains for mountain biking. He is near Austria, Italy, Switzerland, and other countries from where he lives.
