    Hi,

    I have created a composer ivr project and deployed in the tomcat webapps folder. Mapped the ivr url in the IVR profiles and mapped a DID number.

    When I tried to make a call to that DID number using XLite soft phone, the call is getting connected but not able to hear the audio message. Tried to troubleshoot with the mcp logs and logs are not properly populating.

    Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

    Firstly I'd double check your Resource Manager logs to ensure that the IVR Profile is being triggered correctly.
    What do you mean by the MCP logs are not populating properly?  Its within there that you'll be able to see that the resources are being fetched correctly and if there's any problems executing your code.
