  • 1.  Sharing Scheduled Reports in WFM

    Hi all,

We're currently using Workforce Management Version 8.5.215.09. I have created a few scheduled reports using the "Reports Scheduler", and have successfully shared these with a few colleagues (they can download the reports under "Generated Reports"). However, when one of the colleagues tries to edit a scheduled report's parameters, an error is shown.

I have tried to edit another scheduled report not created by me, and receive the same error message. Is anyone aware of how to share edit rights for a scheduled report with someone else?

    Thanks,

    Tang

    Hi Tang,

I have found a couple of docs that may help answer your question without knowing your set up:

    Reports Role Privileges (genesys.com)
    Reports Generated (genesys.com)

Also ensure that the option below is configured correctly:

    PathToAutoGeneratedReports

    Default Value: No default value
Valid Values: A valid, accessible network path
    Changes Take Effect: Immediately
    Dependencies: None

    This option is mandatory.

Specifies the network path for storing generated reports.

If this option value is not set, the generated reports are lost (not stored).

If none of these help I would recommend opening a case through Product Support so they can investigate further.

    Hope that helps
