  • 1.  Adding Called Party Data to Interaction Report

    Is it possible to include customer data (from a calling list) in an Interactions report?  The customer is running outbound campaigns (Preview, Power)  and is looking to add the unique identifier that is in the calling list to the Interactions report. They would like to be able to reconcile the exported data with their system of record.

    Currently, you can only show the External Tag, which you can set in a script or through a data action.  There will be the ability to show and filter on custom attributes later on (probably Q1/Q2) that will allow you to show specific attributes in the columns as well as filter - similar to the custom columns in ICBM on PureConnect.
