  • 1.  Adding multiple days of Time Off

    We add, one by one, time off with different dates to an agent. (isn't there a way to select multiple random days at once?)

    In the beginning the correct amount of hours are shown as payable time. But after selecting more then 10 dates, the payable time changes to 15 minutes for the newest date. But is also changes the other selections from 8 hours to 15 minutes. Which results in changing the length manually back to 8 hours. This seems like a bug. 

    Anyone else facing this issue?

    Hi Silvia,

    I'm sorry for being late on this, I've been out of office and missed it. I was not able to reproduce this issue. I selected 20 days and the application is using the work plan to generate the hours for dates that do not have published schedules. If it feels buggy, I'd suggest submitting a support ticket. What you are describing would not be expected behavior.
