Unknown should only be seen for deleted users in that view. There is a bug that you may be hitting where we are incorrectly showing Unknown for inactive users for the historical adherence view. The fix for that bug is underway with the tentative release by midweek next week. For inactive users, after the fix, it will show their name with inactive in parenthesis after (e.g., "John Smith (Inactive)").
So, I would look for recently deleted or inactivated users. There is also a very small possibility of a transient issue querying Directory for the name - if you see the names after a refresh, then this can be eliminated as a possible cause.

Recently, a Supervisor noticed that, when looking at her team's historical adherence, there are two "Unknown" showing under her list of agents. Does anyone have an idea how that could be? I don't see that under any other team and there are only two showing when I look at it from an MU level, si I don't think it has to do with agents being separated. Any ideas?
