  • 1.  API Usage View of Purecloud DataAction issue

    Hi,
    when we check the performance view "API Usage" we found that Purecloud Data Action (POST /api/v2/conversations/callbacks) reach around 9 000 000 request in one week, which is huge number in comparaison with number of received calls.
    We use this callback API in In-Queue flow to invite callers to record callbacks.
    I don't why this number of API requests, do you have an idea ?

    Has anyone reported issues when trying to schedule callbacks?

    Do you think the data action could be taking a failure path multiple times within a loop?

    Hi Paulo,

    Many thanks for your feedback, No I don't think so, because we don't have any issue reported by customer.
    I have open a new case with Genesys Care in order to check the same.
