    Hi all 

    We are experiencing an outage with any outbound calling. We've been advised this is a regional Genesys outage. Just checking if anyone else here is experiencing the same thing?

    Noting that nothing is showing up in the Genesys Status page.

    Did you ever get official feedback?

    The only outage I see on the date you posted involving Sydney and outbound had to do with:

    BYOC Customer carriers were rejecting outbound calls.

    • The existing PAI header value was not passed to the carrier. 

    It was fixed pretty quickly

    Hi George,

    Thanks for checking in. Yes we did. This was due to the P-Asserted-Identify change that rolled out at that same time. Now this aspect for us is vendor managed so I'm assuming our trunk's were not set up in way to be prepared for that change.
