    Hello. 

    Do you know if it is possible to add attached files in a canned response? 

    I can't find how to do this.

    Not currently, but here is an idea that was accepted:  Ability to use canned responses that | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)

    What you can do now is add images, links to files, and maybe use HTML code to the document.

    Thank you Robert for your answer. I really need files to be attached, not images. 

    In th eidea, it is written that they start with images, and attached files later : do you know if the possibility to attach files is already planned? Is there a target date?

    I have voted for the idea, but as it is already "accepted", I'm not sure it will be taken into account...

    I was looking into this today for a request, discovered that you can upload a document attachment inside the documents library section of Genesys Cloud and make sure it's shareable by switching it to public. Copy the link and embed it into the canned response with a URL. Just a creative workaround that I wanted to share with everyone that would like to do this. 

    I hope this helps, just wanted to share my idea.
