    Hi,

    OK, so I KNOW I'm missing something here!

    I have a user who keeps being modified by someone (know not who) and I need to track down who is making the change. (The actual change is that their keep being set to Auto-Answer =on)
    I'm not super-familiar with the audit viewer, so can someone tell me which Service etc I need to view the Log for to gather this information?

    HI Paul

    You'll want the ContactCenter service  for this.  It will show up with AgentRoutingInfo change.
