We implemented this timeout on our Lab Org when it was released (went through the Beta also) and it worked very well.
We have noticed that this has stopped working in recent weeks (Not 100% sure when it stopped working)
Has anyone else noticed the same, no users are being logged out at all.
We understand that it looks at API calls for activity. We test by just logging in and not doing anything after that, using the App or the Browser, and we are not being logged out after 10 min:

Would love to hear if other Orgs are also seeing this before we log a call with support

Release Notes for 6/29/22: Administers can set Genesys Cloud to log out users automatically after a specified period of inactivity.
If a user is an agent and is On Queue, their routing status changes to Off Queue when they are logged out. To accept new interactions, agents must log in and go back On Queue.
Can you please explain what the definition of "inactivity" is? Not interacting? Not clicking around in Genesys? This impacts each line of business differently because their activity level varies.
