  • 1.  Call Ring location

    This is probably a stupid question.  For some reason when I'm in the office my incoming calls ring through both my headset and my computer (which is what I want and the setting I have selected on my plantronics app).  However, when working from home the calls are only ringing through my headset.  Can anyone tell me why that might be and how I fix it.
    When I run diagnostics in my Genesys phone settings, this is what I'm getting:
