  • 1.  Can't transfer call to secureflow if call was monitored

    Hello,

    I had problem that if call was monitoring  it fail to transfer call to secure flow.

    Could anyone can suggest this, is it possible to drop the monitor user by action before transfer to secureflow.

    Hello Jakkapan

     

    I can see that this scenario is noted in the RC article  Transfer to Secure Flow action

     

    I can also see there is an open idea on the Product Ideas Lab for "monitor of an agent to be paused when the call is send to a secure flow".  I would recommend voting for and adding your use case to the idea SSA-I-207
