    From what I remember,  you can define a field or fields of data to be shown in the embedded framework pop-up when receiving an interaction

    Thanks Robert, yep that one goes to the SF integration which I'm all good with but I just can't seem to track through the resource centre links to get how to display participant data items in the Genesys Cloud for Chrome client.

    Has anybody tried this since the release?  I must be not reading the release notes correctly.  What do you need to do to actually have participant data show up in the interaction toast window etc for Genesys Cloud for Chrome?  The links I'm looking at just seem to point towards developer info.

    Vaun,  I think you are thinking about this: Customize interaction details - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    I know with Embedded Framework we have that and @Ricky Phung was looking at the some for the Interactions page in GCx.

    Yeah, couldn't find anything beyond the screen pop participant data.   Maybe @Richard Schott might know or who might own that product.

    The browser extensions have not exposed the display configuration capabilities that are available for the Salesforce/Zendesk integrations and the Embeddable Framework.
