    Recently I realized something very weird regarding  survey I found out some surveys inside survey search doesn't contain agent name or recording ID but also there's 

    an empty result for survey inside survey scoring summary report that contain percentage and average without agent name and once I checked this ID for those survey I found out

    that this calls comes to agent and agent transfer the call to other external number ,anyhow I would like to ask you how could we stop transferred call from surveyed by genesys ??

    Also I attached a screenshot to my issue please I need your hand in this , from you experience why could be this happen
