    Genesys Cloud CX -- RESTFul  The Genesys Cloud CX Platform is RESTFul, meaning it adheres to REST standards for easy communication between computer systems. External applications interface via REST, making customization, automation, and management of Genesys Cloud CX possible through its API.  This RESTFul architecture ensures client-server-based communication, is stateless, has a uniform interface for CRUD operations, and supports a layered system.
