    Hi,

    I have a requirement to only allow dtmf input "1" from caller to confirm and consent for enrolling in a feature. Is there a way in Bot flows to ask for slot only in dtmf mode? Currently, the only option I have is to exit the bot flow to collect this input in an inbound flow and then come back to bot flow for further processing.

    Yes indeed bot flows support speech and DTMF.  Here is proof and a quick example:  Use DTMF in a bot flow - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)
