  • 1.  Duplicate Results On Scheduled Interaction Performance Reports

    Hi

    We currently have a customer who's scheduled Interaction reports show double entries for certain times of the day.

    This does not occur when manually running.

    I'll post some examples later, but in the meantime does anyone have experience of this please?

    Could it be that two campaigns are running against the same number?  Do you have some rules for redialing along with call response sets?
