  • 1.  Emails instead of alerts for Quality Results

    Our agents currently receive an alert in Genesys when they have a quality evaluation completed by their team leader.
    We would prefer that this instead was communicated in an email
    Has anyone figured out how to do this yet or have any ideas?

    Thanks for your question Melinda. Unfortunately we don't have this ability to send out the communication via email, although this is something we are looking into providing in the future.
