  • 1.  Evaluation Form Removal - Impact on historical Data?

    Hi everyone,

    One of our Org's Quality managers have reached out to me regarding evaluation forms in Genesys Cloud.

    They would like to do a clean-up on obsolete evaluation forms & would like to know though, if doing so will have any impact on historical data?

    I am not really sure on this one and perhaps the analytics PM can chime in.  I believe like deleted agents and queues, the data in the data lake is not deleted, so if you run a report that includes that deleted data point will still show up, but you will not be able to filter or search on them.

    Thanks for your question, and apologies for the delay coming back.

    I've had a check and the QM data would be maintained if you delete a form.
