If you're comfortable with APIs, there is an audit event for users that create exports. https://developer.genesys.cloud/platform/audit/actioncatalog#analyticsreporting This could be used to get you a list of users that are users of the exports in an org.
Another option would be to check users that have the "Analytics > Data Export > All". It wouldn't validate usage, but would give you a list of users that would have access to use this feature.

I'm pleased to announce that we're actively accepting forms to enroll in the beta for Export: Interactions Export support for Today. At the moment, we're in the final stages to prepare this release for beta. We expect to begin enabling organizations for beta June 21st. If that date changes, we will post updates to this thread and the associated ideas page.
The highly requested and long awaited functionality is finally almost here! Once this feature is enabled, exports from the Interactions View will be able to export all interactions including interactions that have happened today. There is no specific instructions once an org is enabled for this feature. Simply perform an export from the Interactions View in the same way that you always have. Once enabled, current day conversations will be able to be provided within the export.
One important detail to note is conversations exported from the current day will have limits imposed on the volume of conversations that can be exported from a single export. Exporting from Interactions views carries restrictions when exporting conversations less than one day old. When filtering by date to include the current or previous day, partial results will be delivered if the number of conversations exported from the current day exceeds the limit. When partial results are delivered, the export file includes a partial result date and time noting the most recent available conversations. To include recent conversations, apply filters to the search criteria so that the total conversations queried from the current day is below the limit.
Our limits for this beta will default to 10,000 conversations from the current day, with the option to raise the limit to 25,000.
