Unfortunately, once agents are deleted, their time off requests are also deleted.
You can instead "Set Inactive" on a user, which will not delete their Time Off Requests.
Unlike Time Off Requests, Schedules are kept for a deleted user, so Shannon's suggestion could also help.

Do the advocates still exist on the schedule for the previous month? You could find the data and export from there.

Hello!
The following is a regarding Time Off Request Historical data . Specifically TOR and the inclusion of both active and non-active employees.
Background: We compile a monthly report across all divisions to monitor unscheduled call outs (instances where employees call out on the same day they're scheduled to work).
Findings / Issue: However, when exporting the Time Off Request data for the previous month, it only includes active employees, excluding those who have left the company.
Question / Need: Any ideas/suggestions on how to export TOR data for both active and Non-Active employees? This information is for tracking trends within our organization.
