  • 1.  External contacts appear as NO Name in conversations

    Hello. You can see in the picture that I have some external contacts showing No Name. I have followed the documentation here to search, add, and associate external contacts.
    From the details here [5e4d1cf7-254c-404e-80e1-8404b0c86538], you can also see that the external contact has a name.

    So I want to know why the customer service page still displays NO Name.

    Supplement: I queried this user's request here. In fact, it is related to a request from an external contact, and the information was successfully returned.

    (I'm not sure if the 404 error for this request in api/v2/analytics/conversations is related to this problem)

    Currently the Roster will only show names associated with external contacts.  You need to either match the input name to an external contact or create one when it comes in.
