There is no more need to have 100 points on the the forms as in the past. The percentage is based on the total points and weighting of each section. You can have one that is N/A, but not one that does not consider the points. One thing you can try is to have a question that says "Do you want to add anything else" then have a conditional N/A question under that with points. I think that will not include those points in the normal calculation for the form, but if Yes is chosen, then there are extra points for that agent.

To clarify, we would have our regular set of questions that could potentially give a score of 100% max. the extra credit questions are exactly that - extra credit.
