  • 1.  Failed to toggle log capture

    Hello.. I am trying to turn on log capture for an agent and when I set log capture, I receive this error "Failed to toggle log capture".  Why am I getting this error and how can I correct it so that I can turn on log capture?

    Check that the agents profile is Active in Admin > People & Permissions > People. Had the same issue with another user, that corrected it. Please let me know if that works for you too.
