    Any application that encrypts files through Email and once it reaches the client and wants to open the file, request a password

    Not possible at present unless you use a 3rd-party SMPT server that will encrypt emails on the outbound.  https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-the-custom-smtp-server-integration-for-outbound-emails/

    There are some ideas out there and Genesys is working on some sort of standard integration.
