    Hello again, Welcome Community! I wanted to share some details around the Genesys Knowledge Network with you. 

    We created one site, the Genesys Knowledge Network (GKN), that knows who you are, what you own, what you've achieved, where you are on your journey, and presents personalized content that is of interest to you when and where you need it-- all designed to help you reach your business outcomes. 

    We want you to check it out as it's your all-in-one access point for Genesys resources.

    Thanks for that AH-MAZING overview, @Clay Tison! The new layout and design of the GKN is really great, too. We hope our new members check it out and see how many great functionalities the GKN has to offer!
