  • 1.  Good morning! Red Dots

    Hi guys, I received an interesting service request this morning.  It's more curiosity I think rather than an issue.  But I can't find a solid answer on the internet or in any of the Documentation.

    Beside the Interaction icon in the black ribbon on the left of the screen, the little guy has a red dot by his head.  Do any of you happen to know what this indicates?

    isn't it a mark that you have an received/currently have an interaction?

    I think you are right.  I just looked at his queue and he has a call that's been waiting for a wrapup code since yesterday.  I bet if he enters a wrap up code the dot will clear.
